So I've killed him three times now with one axe drop. Thanks sooooo much for letting me have it for my warrior everyone. The first time I got it was when Aelf and I had just started. After Aelf got to the area, I shifted to the eastern site and there he was. The second time I saw him was when I was at 92 HP. I yelled at everyone to come. I checked my map and saw Aelf was coming. I kept my screen pointed the other way and saw someone coming from far away so I pulled then thinking it was Aelf. Funny thing was, it wasn't Aelf, it was just some guy who almost swooped in and got very lucky. So these first two times, he popped when someone new was first arriving. Piraya also said he saw someone fighting it as he was riding by. This is probably a lame-brained theory, but maybe we should try having someone zone and come back occasionally since that happened at least two of the three times he's popped for me.
