Piraya, some of the things we were discussing the other night are detailed. They're looking to disallow anything other than WHM as healer and beefing up PLD (even looking for a way to discourage WAR as sub). They also mention that Thief is a "very technical" (a.k.a. hard) job and they're going to beef up the worst two hour in the game so it's actually useful in a pinch and not just in Dropping Like Flies.
