Well I wish I recorded some of the conversations, because at points I thought I was talking to the wall.

The last POL dude who said his name was "Joe" refused to let me talk to a supervisor on any level. I politely told him my situation was taken care of by last POL teller and that they mailed a supervisor giving me a CN for the phone call and email I just needed to talk with him more about it, and he "refused" to give me to a supervisor till I told him the problem and then after that he still refused saying "he will say the same things" and I kept trying to tell him I need the supervisor information, company info for fraud, etc. and still would not. At that point we both exchanged many words, probably too many to count and I well...honestly do not like to brag much but, he definitely lost.
