help for a rdm friendly sheild

I have been wanting to get a new sheild with mp boost. I am thinking about Warlock sheild or mercenary's targe. I know there are a couple of BCNM that drope these but other than that i am lost, if anyone knows which BCNM would be best i will gladly help out with other BCNM and donate a few BS to the cause. Warlock's Shield and Mercenary's Targe have a latent effect. If you find out that the bonuses work without you having to be nearly dead then by all means get one, otherwise I'd try to find something else.

Actually those latent affects kick in based on your subjob. Warlock kicks in whenever you have RDM subbed (quite the trick if you're playing as RDM). Mercenary's Targe is Warrior. The only benefit you would get off these is the defense. There are probably better options.

kolob i wouldnt worry about a shield for mp boost get a shield that gives att plus and use rings or other equip for mp boost. the strike shield is a good choice and not too exp to buy either
