Another Banner Logo for Forum

If anyone didn't notice, I put the second banner up. I made it so everytime a page loads, it randomly picks one of the two. I hope everyone likes it.

Yup, I noticed when it took me about 5 minutes to have the new banner load in (since I'm on Dialup...). Other than that I have no gripes about it hehe.

I find that very funny. It is a rather big file, but should only need to load once if your browser is any good.

If i use IE I only need to load the banner once. If i decide to use Firefox then I have to download the banner EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! As you can tell, I choose to use IE while at the farm.

Anyways, I'm home now so that's a moot point :p

Huh? Firefox not work? Impossible! It's not loading everytime for me. Even at my blazingly fast high speed super charged internet connection I still used to notice the file load, but don't now. Oh well.
