New from the microsoft front our systems are down and have been unable to repairs fulfillment or warranty for 2 days and today they tell us its goign to be monday before its fixed.
Futhermore they just passed out a memo for out of warranty repairs price went up to 139.00 and we can no longer send out a box the customer has to find a xbox and pay ups to send it to us.
This job is about to get real bad real fast this sucks.
