Sounds like he's about as helpful as most GMs. Some people get on a powertrip, I've experienced the same thing in some cases. All you can do is bear it initially, then get THEIR information and talk to a supervisor later and tell them how poorly you feel you were treated. The first representative no longer works for Bell (in my case)...hehe.
